      • Size: Increasing the size of the system wasn’t just crucial but necessary, with many different styles and sizes of firearms on the market, we have increased the length to 19”. This size increase coupled with extruded top and bottom rails and quick release technologies have allowed for an infinitely adjustable system for an expansive range of fitment possibilities. This accommodation has also allowed room for configurations such as side saddles, optics, 30 round magazines, and much more. The 17” interior has been specifically designed to be mounted stud-to-stud on a wall, however mounting possibilities are endless.

       

      • Materials/Craftsmanship: Creating a rigid and easy to use system is highly important. The body of the BoomDock V2 is crafted from 14-gauge 1018 steel, giving the system weight advantages without compromising rigidity and strength. The adjustable trigger lock, mounting clamps, and mounting rails are precisely CNC machined out of 6105-T5 aluminum and aluminum extrusion for accuracy and precision. All corners have been welded, a new metal lock face and protective cover for lock body has been added, hinges have been welded inside the systems door, and all dust baffles have been replaced with brushes. With a mixture of this craftsmanship and a smooth black powder coat finish has given the BoomDock V2 a strong, durable, and sleek look.  

       

      • Security: Security is our top priority, so we opted for Zephyr’s 5200 Club Series electronic lock. This high quality and versatile lock comes with multi-layer encryption and a 10-digit key pad to assist the BoomDock V2 to achieve its highest level of security and accessibility yet. With access being granted in 3 seconds via an electronic key pad that allows multiple combination possibilities, unique RFID card, key fob (optional), or wristband (optional), this is the fastest and most versatile locking solution available.
